The theme for today's session is working on the correct stance I will
need to throw the dart correctly.
Using a reading I found online, I will practise my stance.

Almost all weight rests on the right foot, while the left is for balance. The front foot
and back foot are in line which then lines the whole body up. In the middle
photo it is more obvious that the body is leaning forward, this allows the thrower
to get closer to the board.
During my session when I was attempting my stance, I kept overbalancing and
falling forward. To correct this I leant back a little and found that my accuracy
improved as well.
To practise this I just used blocked practice and after I threw a dart I stepped away
then got back into my stance. Being able to naturally step into my stance and not
have to think about exactly where I should be will help focus.
